New Years Resolution - Return To God

New Years is just around the corner. This is the time of year that most of us have a list of resolutions we intend to make. May I suggest the most important resolution of all? Commit to creating a personal one-on-one relationship with Jesus Christ in this new year.

Christianity is not about religion. It's about relationship. For God so loved us, He sent Jesus. Why? Sin separated us from Him. And He showed His love for us in that while we were yet sinners, Jesus layed down His life for us so that we could have everlasting life and our relationship with God would be restored.

Meditate on the following verse, the testimony of Donnie Sumner, and listen to the song "I Have Returned." Make this new year a year of rededication. And if you have never know Jesus as your personal Lord and Savior, there is no better time than the present.

Happy New Year and God bless you!

II Chronicles 7:14 - KJV
"If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land."
